Glass Diffuser Plate – Aromatherapy Candle

So Well offers fair trade Himalayan salt lamps and tea light holders specifically designed for aromatherapy use.  These include glass diffuser plates.  For use with So Well aromatherapy products, add water or a simple carrier oil to the glass diffusing dish, and then add your favorite essential oils. Leaving this oil for roughly 4-6 hours will fully diffuse the scent. Don’t forget to remove the glass plate when oils are not being used, in order to avoid accidental damage to the diffuser plate.  

You may also use our lamps to diffuse by adding essential oils, mixed with a carrier oil or not, directly to the surface of the heated salt lamp.  Go slow.  See how much will give you the best performance and least possibility of spilling by starting off with a few drops. 

You may clean your salt lamp with a damp cloth.  Wiping with a non-toxic degreaser to cut oil residue will not harm the lamp.  Examples include a damp cloth with a mild mixture of simple green solution on it.  Again, go slow, and see if your wiping / cleaning process is effective with a small amount and light wiping, before adding more solution or water to your cloth, or increasing your wiping pressure.
